Rakgear offers a life-time warranty on all backpacks for defects in materials and workmanship. We will promptly repair or replace any defective backpack.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alteration or improper care and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship we shall replace or repair the product at our discretion. Please contact us through this site to arrange repair or replacement of defective product.
