• Will my large homework binder fit in the rack section?
  • Depending on the binder size some will fit and some won't. However, the rear zipper pouch was designed specifically for larger binders and a laptop computer.


• Will my Rakgear backpack fit in my locker?
  • All Rakgear backpacks are designed to fit into most school lockers. As with traditional backpacks, you have to remove your books. Rakgear's collapsible rak system was designed for easy locker storage.


• Is my Rakgear backpack waterproof?
  • All Rakgear backpacks are water resistant, so they will add some water protection. While our material will propel water, it is not recommended that you go swimming with your Rakgear backpack.


• What is Flex Tech?
  • The Flex Tech feature is built directly into the top section of our shoulder straps to give flexibility to the straps and move with your own body motion. Just another first in Rakgear technology.


• What shall I do if my rack system breaks?
  • Simply remove the rack from the backpack and return it to Rakgear. We will promptly replace your rack with a new one. (Please do not send the backpack as well.)


• What shall I do if the backpack is damaged through no fault of my own?
  • Remove the rack from the backpack and return the backpack to Rakgear. We will promptly send you a new one. (Please do not send the rack as well.)


• How much weight can the backpack carry?
  • Rakgear was designed to carry heavy weight. However, we still do not recommend exceeding more than 15% of your body weight.
